Focus Groups: Volunteering and Healthy Aging Project

Client: Volunteer Canada

As part of the nationwide “Volunteering and Healthy Aging” project, One World designed and facilitated a series of focus groups aimed at testing new products and marketing approaches that were being developed to educate the Canadian voluntary sector and general public on the many and varied benefits of volunteering to support healthy communities and healthy aging. The focus groups consisted of one face-to-face session and four conducted by teleconference. All were held over a two day period.

The project scope included:
